How to Upload Files
Locate the Upload Button
In the chat interface, look for the paperclip or upload icon next to the message input field. Click this icon to begin uploading a file.
Select Your File
Browse your device and select the file you want to upload. You can also drag and drop files directly into the chat window.
Wait for Processing
Your file will be uploaded and processed. You'll see a preview of the uploaded file in your message area. Processing time varies based on file size and type.
Ask Questions About Your File
Once uploaded, you can ask questions about the file's content. The AI can extract text, analyze data, describe images, and more based on what you've shared.

File Upload Limits
Current Limits
- Premium: 10MB per file, 5 files per conversation
- Premium Plus: 25MB per file, 10 files per conversation
- Business/Enterprise: 50MB per file, unlimited files

- Use clear file names: Descriptive file names help the AI better understand context
- Optimize file size: Compress large files when possible for faster processing
- Provide context: Tell the AI what you want to know about the file when you upload it
- One topic per file: Upload focused documents for more accurate analysis
- Check quality: Ensure images are clear and text is readable before uploading
